Here at Warrior Edge Strength Training, we like to do things a little differently. You won’t find machines, dumbbells or barbells here.
Instead, we will be moving our own machines with a little help from sandbags, packs, stretchers, logs and the likes to kick up the spiciness. Drawing inspiration from his extensive experience in the military, Heyden will incorporate the use of military equipment into training sessions. Don’t be surprised to see water jerries and stretchers programmed into the day’s training.
