Please find below some frequently asked questions.

  1. Do I have to be very fit to join WEST? Absolutely not, all we ask is that you commit to yourself and turn up, hustle and kick butt (not literally).
  2. What do I wear and/bring on my Trial day? Wear regular gym attire, if you have any musculoskeletal issues and have protective gear like braces or wraps, bring them along. Also, inform your instructor if you are experiencing any pain or discomfort at any time. A water bottle and a towel usually goes down nicely.
  3. What if there are some exercises/movements that I can’t do? Everyone is different, some movements are not for us due to various reasons (Injury, lack of flexibility or strength). If there is something programmed that you are not able to perform YET, please let our instructor know and you will be guided through some progression movements that will be suitable and safer for you.
  4. Can I join up with a friend or family member? Absolutely, have a fitness buddy can make it all that more enjoyable.
