We started WEST so that ‘we can do fitness all day every day’, sharing a training style that is fundamentally team-based with a community of like-minded folks from all walks of life.
When it comes to fitness, at WEST we encourage each other to focus on function and performance. We believe the ‘daily grind’ as a perfect way to hone in skills, perfect the way we move and test the processes we put in place so that they are readily transferrable in other aspects of life.
